She's Out of My League is a 2010 comedy film starring Jay Barchuel as Kirk Kettner, an airport employee and hopeful pilot. Kirk's ex-girlfriend Marnie (Lindsay Sloane) does not care for Kirk's romantic gestures toward her, but continues to participate in family events with her new boyfriend due to her close relationship with his parents. While at work one day, Kirk runs into a stunning woman named Molly McCleish (Alice Eve). They have a nice conversation and she leaves for her flight, but she forgets her phone with Kirk. She calls her phone and arranges to meet Kirk at the Andy Warhol Museum the next night where she is planning an event. After Molly's sister gets Kirk kicked out of the event, Molly apologizes and offers him tickets to a hockey game. In this process she also gets herself invited to one of Kirk's family functions. While there, Marnie becomes jealous of Molly and begins to once again take interest in Kirk. Kirk eventually becomes nervous that Molly is too good for him and on the advice of his friends breaks up with her. He gets back together with Marnie and goes on a family vacation to Branson, but at the airport his friends reunite Molly with Kirk.moreless
