Shirley Temple: Pippi Longstocking/Kim is a double feature presenting two timeless classics starring the beloved actress. These two shows are part of a collection that features episodes from two television series. These particular episodes are from the 1960-1961 season. In Pippi Longstocking, (Shirley Temple) goes on a neighborhood outing with two of her friends, Tommy (Gregory Irvin) and Annika (Kelly Smith). She also shows off her smarts to her teacher, Miss Lindquist (Renie Riano). The day is topped off with a trip to the carnival where Pippi admires the strongman. Kim was a featured presentation on Shirley Temple's TV show called, The Shirley Temple Storybook. This episode of Kim is from the second season of this show as well. It features the portrayal of Kim, Rudyard Kipling's timeless tale of adventure and bravery in the exotic lands of India where a small boy is tested for his courage.
