Showdown in Little Tokyo is a 1991 martial arts film starring Brandon Lee and Dolph Lundgren about two tough cops assigned to patrol Los Angeles' Little Tokyo neighborhood, where they get dragged into a war against the local drug gang. Lundgren plays Chris Kenner, an American who grew up in Japan and has a distaste for American culture. Kenner gets partnered with his exact opposite--Johnny Murata (Lee), an American of Japanese descent who has never come to appreciate his Japanese heritage. As different as the two men are, they have two important things in common: extreme martial arts talent, and a passion for justice. Together, they brave the mean streets of Little Tokyo on a mission to take down the powerful and deadly crime syndicate that ruthlessly rules the streets.
