Shrek Forever After is a 2010 animated action-adventure film directed by Mike Mitchell. The movie, taglined The Final Chapter, is the fourth and final installment of the Shrek series. In the film, Shrek (Mike Myers) is frustrated with his life. Although he loves his wife, Princess Fiona (Cameron Diaz), and their children, he also longs for the day when the other characters in Far Far Away feared him. His frustration mounts when he attends his children's birthday party. Here he realizes he has become domesticated and is a celebrity. None of these things make him happy. With his friends, Donkey (Eddie Murphy) and Puss in Boots (Antonio Banderas), looking on Shrek fights with Fiona and storms off. While he is still angry, Shrek meets Rumpelstiltskin (Walt Dohrn). Rumpelstiltskin plays on Shrek's anger and tricks him into making a life-changing deal. Will Shrek be able to fix his mistake, or will his life be forever changed?
