Silent Rage is set in a small Texas town. The sheriff, Dan Stevens (Chuck Norris), thinks he is just checking out a fight. It turns out that crazed ax murderer, John Kirby (Brian Libby), has just killed the couple he was staying with and now has Stevens in his sights. In a shootout between the two, Kirby is killed. The story is not over as Dr. Philip Spires (Steven Keats) and his colleagues, Tom Halman (Ron Silver), and, Paul Vaghn (William Finley), test a formula that brings the man back to life. Now he is not just as homicidal as ever, but all but indestructible. After killing all three of the doctors as well as Halman's wife, Alison (Toni Kalem), he is on the loose. Stevens has to work out how to stop a killer who can't die, or even be hurt. This horror movie was directed by Michael Miller from a script by Joseph Fraley.
