Silent Trigger is a 1996 American action film starring Dolph Lundgren, Gina Bellman, and Conrad Dunn. Lundgren stars as Waxman, a political assassin who has a history of getting the job done by any means necessary. He is paired of up with Clegg (Bellman), a super sexy agent known for complicating matters with her sensuality. Their mission is to gun down an elusive target, but Waxman's own emotional instability proves almost too much for the lethal pair to handle. When Waxman fails to complete a mission, he becomes the target for the secretive government organization that hired him. Most of the film takes place in the penthouse of a skyscraper and is told through flashbacks. Directed by Russell Mulcahy, who also directed The Shadow and Highlander, Silent Trigger is a classic B action movie, and as such received poor reviews from critics.
