Simple Justice, directed by Deborah Del Prete, and starring Cady McClain, Matthew Galle and Doris Roberts, tests the depths of vigilantism and the effectiveness of the justice system we all depend on. When the suspects of the cruel murder case of a couple and botched robbery are about to come to justice, they are brutally killed by an unknown individual. Some people think these criminals got what they deserved and the police should not intervene by finding the person who did it, while others think that they deserved the right to a trial, a right we all have as people in society. The police, who are required by law to investigate the murder of these criminals, search for any leads on who killed the perpetrators before they were properly brought to justice. With each new clue they find, new obstacles await them but they get one step closer to the truth.
