  • A timeless classic and a true landmark in the realm of animation

Aside from the Prince being the most dull thing ever created, "Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs" is a true Disney classic in every sense of the word. And in a way, it may just be their best film ever made. Because if it weren't for this film, the realm of animation in general might have faded into memory completely. The animation is still gorgeous by today's standards, the simple fairy tale story is just as enchanting as it was in 1937, and the soundtrack that we loved when we were kids are still great to listen to and are still memorable. And while one-dimensional by today's standards, we still adore these characters (aside from the Prince of course). What more is there to say?
  • Disney's best movie of all time!!!

After reviewing the steaming pile of dung that was The 7D, let's take a look back at what by far is more superior, Disney's all-time greatest classic, Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. This is Walt Disney's first full-length feature. At the time he was best-known as the creator of the cartoon character that made him famous, Mickey Mouse. Snow White would later put Disney on the map when it came to feature films, and set the standard for the animated features made today.

You know the story, a wicked queen asks the magic mirror on the wall who "the fairest of them all" is. The answer is always the queen, but when the mirror says the fairest of them all is now her step-daughter, Snow White, she now wants her dead. To know more about it, you have to see the film itself without me giving any spoilers. That's all I basically have to say about the plot. Now let's move on to how much historical influence the film had in Hollywood. After the success of Snow White, people became very hungry for animated content. As a result, what was then called Walt Disney Productions decided to move their headquarters from LA to Burbank, and expanded themselves into a major player in Hollywood filmmaking. Today, Snow White is still a beloved classic that can be enjoyed by all ages. There are a few scenes that could scare younger children, despite its G rating, but the film has something in it for everyone. It's got comedy, it's got drama, it can scare you, and it can make you cry. That's what a good movie is supposed to do, and Snow White does the job well.

Here's hoping that in the next few years, Disney allows the next generation of fans to experience this motion picture milestone. The 7D just doesn't cut it, but the original film itself does.
  • Nick finally cancelled Sam & Cat!

I know this is unrelated, but we finally got rid of Sam & Cat! Hallelujah! So that's one crappy Nick show down, seven more to go. Now we just need to get rid of: The Thundermans, The Haunted Hathaways, Breadwinners, Rabbids Invasion, Sanjay and Cat, Every Which Way, and AwesomenessTV.
