Sole Journey is a heartwarming film that showcases how courageous individuals are using non-violent resistance and acts of civil disobedience to confront anti-gay protestors. These individuals are following in the footsteps of Martin Luther King Jr. and Gandhi, and have dedicated themselves to treat their protestors with the respect that they are hoping to receive someday. Sole Journey also exposes an organization called Focus on the Family, which is run by James Dobson. This organization is very politically powerful and has assaulted the civil rights of gays, lesbians, bisexual, and transgender people. By exposing this organization, the movie shows how individuals are using non-violent resistance to protest against the anti-gay organization. Their protests end with a six-day, 65-mile march from the Colorado State Capitol in Denver to the Focus on the Family's headquarters in Colorado Springs. Sole Journey is an inspiring film that showcases how it is possible to fight for what's right without using violent actions.
