Sprung is the comedy movie about two friends Montel (Rusty Cundieff, who also directed and co-wrote the script) and Clyde (Joe Torry) who meet and date two girls Adina (Paula Jai Parker) and Brandy (Tisha Campbell). Montel and Clyde are very different, with Montel being introverted and wanting a family, while Clyde is a boastful womanizer who just wants to have fun. The two go to a party where they meet Adina and her friend Brandy. Adina is a gold-digger who is on the hunt for a wealthy husband, and Clyde tricks her into believing he is rich and successful to get her in the sack. Her friend Brandy is a shy law clerk, and her and Montel hit it off. When Clyde is exposed as a liar with a borrowed Porsche, his relationship with Adina falls apart, while Montel and Brandy's grows stronger. The four move in together, and Clyde and Adina agree to reunite with the evil plot of breaking up their best friends. Find out if true love can prevail even when your friends will do anything to break you apart in the urban comedy Sprung.
