Spy School is a 2008 children's adventure comedy directed by Mark Blutman. In the film, twelve-year old Thomas Miller (Forrest Landis) overhears a plot to kidnap the President's daughter. Realizing how important this information is, Thomas immediately tries to go public with the plot. However, Thomas has a big problem; no one believes him. The reason no one believes him is Thomas is known to be a big, fat liar. He cannot even manage to convince his best friend, Jackie Hoffman (Annasophia Robb) or his mom, Claire Miller (Lea Thompson) that he is telling the truth. They both dismiss him and persuade him to stop telling stories. Thomas debates letting the situation go, but he feels compelled to do something. He understands why the people in his life and the authorities doubt him and he begins to regret his past fabrications. Is the President's daughter truly in danger, or is Thomas up to his old tricks again?
