Emily Anderson is the daughter of a rich real estate tycoon when she moves to Miami in pursuit of her dream of becoming a dancer. Soon she falls in love with Sean, the leader of a progressive and political dance group called The Mob. Together they use their art to stand up to Emily's father and his plans to demolish The Mob's neighborhood in hopes of building a luxury hotel.
