Stephen King's Sleepwalkers is a 1992 American horror film directed by Mick Garris and starring Brian Krause, Madchen Amick, Alice Krige, and Jim Haynie. The film tells the story of Charles Brad and his mother Mary, who are both Sleepwalkers. In this case a Sleepwalker is a shapeshifting energy vampire who feed off of virgin women. While they generally maintain their human form, they also shapeshift into werecats. While they are also telekinetic, their weakness is in cats, who can inflict fatal wounds upon them. Charles has now picked out Tanya to be his next virginal victim. When she finally discovers Charles' real identity it is too late and she must struggle to stay alive.
