Street Fighter II: Animated Movie is a 1994 Japanese anime adaptation of the popular Street Fighter II series of video games. It focuses primarily on four characters from the game and their struggle to defeat the evil M. Bison (Takeshi Kusaka, Tom Wynar). Accosted by a mysterious android who is attempting to recruit him at any cost, Ryu (K''jir'' Shimizu, Skip Stellrecht) is forced to go into hiding. His old sparring partner from the United States, Ken Masters (Kenji Haga, Eddie Frierson), is also being watched by the mysterious android. Meanwhile, Chun-Li (Miki Fujitani, Lia Sargent) and Guile (Masane Tsukayama, Kirk Thornton) have teamed up and are searching the globe for any trace of Shadowlaw, M. Bison's terrorist organization. The game's other characters, such as Cammy (Yoko Sasaki, Debra Jean Rogers) and Sagat (Shigezo Sasaoka, Peter Spellos) make smaller appearances. Both a censored and uncensored version of this film have been released, with the major difference being a now infamous shower scene.moreless
