Super High Me is a 2008 documentary that follows comedian Doug Benson as he explores the world of marijuana through a variety of experiments and conversations. The host of "Doug Loves Movies" and a popular standup on the club circuit, Benson publicly acknowledges his love of the recreational herb. To investigate the effects his use may have on his life, he compares two 30-day experiments: one month of sober living and one month of daily marijuana use. Along the way, he uses medical exams, IQ tests and even psychic readings to compare the two states of mind with some surprising results. He also continues his usual performance schedule allowing the audience to witness the difference in his style. Once Benson returns to marijuana use, he samples a variety of different blends and smoking devices while looking at every angle of weed culture. He also speaks to a variety of marijuana activists, educators and fans as he crosses the country and speaks to other entertainers about their use.moreless
