Director:
Clark Johnson
Released:
2003
Rating:
PG-13

Police partners Jim Street and Brian Gamble foul up a hostage situation, which Gamble disobeys an order and injures one of the hostages. Angry Police Chief, Captain Fuller reprimands the two officers, which leads to Gamble arguing with his superior and walking off of the job. Captain Fuller brings in a new officer, Sgt. Daniel "Hondo" Harrelson to help rebuild the S.W.A.T. team. Hondo puts together a great team, which includes himself, Street, Michael Boxer, T.J. McCabe, Deacon Kaye and Chris Sanchez. The team is put to the test when they have to recover hardened criminal Alexander Montel from a botched escape attempt. While being transferred, Montel tells the media at the scene that he will give one million dollars to anyone who can help him escape from prison. The S.W.A.T. team will be shocked at who takes Montel up on his offer and by which insider chooses to switch sides for a chace at some money.
