Terminal Force is a hardcore thriller that focuses on rough, trigger happy cop Nick Tyree (Richard Harrison). Nick has been suspended, and is under investigation for using excessive force and his career on as a police officer is in doubt. Despite this, his boss (Jeffrey Culver) convinces him to take, off the books, a case in which the daughter, Christin (Angela Porcell), of a man (Jimmy Williams) in witness protection is kidnapped. The man was set to testify against an accused racketeer, Johnny Ventura (Jay Richardson), and without him the police lack any kind of solid case. Now Nick must rescue the girl, stop the criminals and clear his name as a cop. He also has to avoid being distracted by Johnny's floozie Delilah (Dawn Wildsmith). All of this happens through brutal action sequences and shoot-outs. The movie is the work of cult director Fred Olen Ray, from a screenplay by Ernest D. Farino.
