Terror at London Bridge is a horror film that portrays what happens when Jack the Ripper becomes resurrected in modern America. The movie begins in late 19th century London, where Jack the Ripper is interrupted in the middle of an attempted murder by the police. To escape the hordes of police officers trying to apprehend him, the criminal jumps off a bridge into the Thames River, and he is not seen again. The film then shifts to 1980s Arizona where a woman visiting the transplanted London Bridge spills blood over the bridge which brings Jack the Ripper back to life. No one hears her screams as Jack the Ripper continues his killing spree from long ago. The head police officer on the case (David Hasselhoff) must race to find the killer, and he must convince others that this is not an average case of a serial killer. Two eras come together in this 1980s horror flick.
