Famous ventriloquist Edgar Bergen and his wisecracking, dummy pal Charlie McCarthy bring you back decades to a simpler time. The Thanksgiving Show is a television special made for Coca-Cola in 1950 and 1951. In this humorous Thanksgiving classic, Charlie McCarthy and friends are transported back in time 300 years to Salem, MA., where he and Bergen are accused of witchcraft. This show also features Mortimer Snerd and marks the first appearance of Podine Puffington, a full size puppet dancing partner for Bergen. This is a must-have for Edgar Bergen fans.
