One evening, after completing her one-thousandth copy of the sutra, she follows a bright figure floating between the twin peaks of Mount Futukami. She secretly leaves the household, and arrives at the foot of the mountain near the temple where women are forbidden entry. She first thinks that the floating figure is the reincarnaton of Budhha, but finds out to be the ghost of a young and valiant prince who was killed 50 years earlier, Prince Otsu. Their meeting sparks an immediate feeling of belongingness and union to become one. Soon after, Iratsume and Prince Otsu embark in a unique romantic journey that transcends both the physical and spiritual worlds.moreless
