The Boondock Saints II: All Saints Day is a 2009 sequel to the 1999 cult classic The Boondock Saints, starring Sean Patrick Flanery and Norman Reedus as Connor and Murphy MacManus, two Irish brothers working under orders from God to defend the innocent by killing the wicked. After the bloody events of the first film, the MacManus brothers fled to Ireland to lay low. However, when they hear that someone back in Boston is framing them for more murders by copying their signature execution style, they return to America to clear their name and stop the murderer. Meanwhile, Special Agent Eunice Bloom (Julie Benz) is investigating the case and suspects the real Saints were not responsible for the crime. Instead, clues point towards a mysterious underworld leader known only as The Roman (Peter Fonda). The Boondock Saints II: All Saints Day is an action-packed follow-up to The Boondock Saints, written and directed by Troy Duffy.
