The Dead Hate the Living! is a 2000 zombie comedy horror film directed by Dave Parker. In the film, three young filmmakers, David Poe (Eric Clawson), Topaz (Jamie Donahue) and Paul (Brett Beardslee), are ambitious students who decide to break into an abandoned hospital and use it as the scene of the horror movie they are creating. While exploring the hospital and looking for the perfect sites to film, they discover a real dead body. Instead of being horrified and running to the police, the three friends decide to use the body as a prop for their movie. Unfortunately for the filmmakers, they accidentally bring the body back to life. When the body comes back to life, it sets off a series of events that leave David, Topaz and Paul in danger of losing their lives. Was the decision to use the body as a prop a mistake that will end their lives?
