After the destruction of the Death Star, the rebels set up a secret base on the ice planet Hoth. They are discovered by the Empire and a great ground battle ensues. After the battle, Luke Skywalker journeys to Dagobah to find Master Yoda to begin his Jedi training. Meanwhile, Darth Vader and the Empire pursue Han Solo, Princess Leia and company across the galaxy. The gang manage to find some shelter with Solo's old friend, Lando Calrissian in Cloud City, only to be ambushed by Vader, who is momentarily in cahoots with the smuggler.
