Written, produced, edited, and directed by Kevin VanHook, The Fallen Ones is a 2005 made-for-TV American film starring Casper Van Dien, Kristen Miller, and Geoffrey Lewis. The film begins with the history of Sumer, where fallen angels had sexual intercourse with human females and created a race of giants called Nephilim. During the great biblical flood, however, the Nephilim were destroyed. To save the race, the angel Ammon (Navid Negahban) mummified his son and hid him in a tomb. In present day, archaeologist Matt Fletcher (Van Dien) discovers the tomb and begins to excavate it. His employer, the wealthy developer Morton (Robert Wagner) has plans for a resort on the site. When people begin to vanish, Morton hires Ammon and his security team to protect the tomb. Ammon, however, has ulterior motives. Unleashing the power of his son upon the world would create a new race of giants and enable him to take over the world.
