The Foursome is a comedy film that centers on four college friends who reconnect at their 20-year reunion. The film begins with the four friends, Rick Foster (Kevin Dillon), Cameron Towers (John Shaw), Donnie Spencer (Chris Gauthier), and Ted Renton (Paul Jerrett), arriving at their college reunion party and re-introducing themselves after 20 years. Three of the friends, Cameron, Donnie, and Ted, are all married, but Rick's girlfriend won't marry him because she says he can't commit to her fully. The four friends meet on the golf course and soon decide to play in two teams of two, with the low score winning the hole. Cameron pairs up with Ted and Rick pairs up with Donnie, who has never played a single game of golf in his life. After the first game, with Rick and Donnie winning, Cameron and Ted challenge the two to another round doubling the wager of the first round to $5000.
