The Girls on the Beach is a film which tells the comedic tale of the Alpha Beta sorority girls' quest to raise $10,000 in two weeks for their sorority house. If the girls fail to raise the funds before the two-week deadline they will lose their sorority house, forever putting an end to the sorority. Not willing to accept the death of their sorority, the Alpha Beta girls create and carry out many attempts at raising the funds, some of which include, an entry into a beauty contest, attempting a local newspaper puzzle, and a baking contest. Despite the girl's creative attempts all result in less than desirable results, but the girls find hope in three young boys they meet at the beach. Trying to impress the lovely girls of the Alpha Beta sorority, the boys brag about personally knowing the Beatles. This immediately prompts the group to hatch a plan in which the Fab Four serves to play a benefit concert to save the Alpha Beta Sorority House!moreless
