The bereaved father decides to step outside the law and exact revenge. He gathers together an unlikely crew of mercenaries from fellow citizens who have lost loved ones to drugs, such as Mike Willmer (Richard Pryor) lost his wife to a stray bullet during a drug deal or an older couple Ida (Janet Brandt) and Herman (Sid Melton) who also lost a child. Nick trains his unlikely heroes in the art of combat and they travel to France to stop the flood of drugs at its source. Director Sidney J.
