The House Next Door is the 2002 drama thriller from Joey Travolta (Dumb Luck in Vegas, Earth Minus Zero, Laws of Deception), brother of John, Ellen, Sam, Ann and Margaret Travolta. The young couple Lori Peterson (A.J. Cook, The Virgin Suicides, Final Destination 2, Criminal Minds, Out Cold) and her husband Tom Peterson (Matthew Harrison, Night at the Museum, Romeo Must Die, Thirteen Ghosts, Watchmen) moves from Chicago to a suburb, to live in a huge house. Their neighbors Helen Schmidt (Theresa Russell, Wild Things, Kafka, The Believer, Spider-Man 3) and Carl Schmidt (James Russo, Beverly Hills Cop, My Own Private Idaho, Donnie Brasco, Public Enemies) welcome them with a dinner party at their house and the two couples start a good relationship.
