Hunted is a 1995 action film directed by J.F. Lawton. It revolves around the story of a New York executive Paul Racine (Christopher Lambert), who is on one of his business trips to Tokyo, where he meets a charming and mysterious Japanese woman. He unwillingly becomes the witness of an assassination attempt by a secret ninja cult. Having seen the face of the ninja warrior leader, according to their laws, he cannot remain alive, so they are out to kill him. Paul realizes that his life is in danger and joins a group of samurai, who are the ninja's most powerful enemies. He finds protection on an isolated island, where he learns the art of swordsmanship, along with honor, loyalty and courage - the true values of the samurai culture. He is learning the ancient fight skills and gets prepared body and soul for the final confrontation with the ruthless killers that are out to get him.
