Rating:

The Hunted is a 2003 action film from director William Friedkin (The French Connection, The Exorcist) that stars Tommy Lee Jones and Benicio Del Toro in a story about a renegade Delta Force operator who has gone AWOL in the American Pacific Northwest, and the retired special operations instructor who must track down and capture his former student. Del Toro plays Aaron Hallam, a wanted man hiding out in a makeshift bunker in the woods. The reasons behind Hallam's disappearance from Delta Force are unknown; his superiors claim he couldn't handle the stress of the job but some suspect he accidentally acquired some intel he's not supposed to have. L.T. Bonham (Jones) is recruited to lead a strike force into the forest and capture the rogue agent, but the murderous Hallam is not an easy man to take down. As Hallam tries to evade capture by the man who taught him everything he knows, L.T. Bonham learns the unsavory truth about Hallam's wanted status. The Hunted is an exciting action film, featuring a talented supporting cast that includes Connie Nielsen, Mark Pellegrino, and Leslie Stefanson.moreless
