This feature documentary focuses on the 10 year campaign to destroy President William Jefferson Clinton and First Lady Hillary Rodham Clinton. Based on the best-selling book The Hunting of the President by authors Joe Conason and Gene Lyons, the film reveals how the antagonists sought to drive President Clinton and his administration out of office. Going behind the scenes, filmmakers identify a loose cabal of enemies who were motivated by spite, ideological zeal and personal gain. It also depicts the story of how the media was abused in the process, as news organizations and their reporters succumbed to this scandal phenomenon in an unprecedented reversal of muckraking journalism.
