Movie producer, William Sloan (Billy Bob Thorton) is torn between his wife, Laura (Kim Bassinger) and his mistress, Cheryl (Winona Ryder). Peter (Mickey Rourke) is a cold-blooded man who kidnaps people, including children, to sell to the West Los Angeles vampires, a cult of the rich and famous who are really flesh eating cannibals. Peter's bullied nephew (Brad Renfro), turns a blind eye. Brian Metro (Mel Raido) is a drug addicted rock star who has an insatiable appetite for sex with both men and women, and is known to entice young children into his bed.
