Suddenly, a string of horrific killings of neighborhood children break out to the shock and dismay of the entire community. At the same time, Michael begins a slow and gradual descent into madness upon seemingly bearing witness to one of the grisly slayings, which he promptly reports to the authorities. Is he the murderer, or is it something of his past?
