The Last Time follows top salesman Ted Riker (Michael Keaton) as he shows Jamie Bashant (Brendan Fraser) the ropes at Bineview sales company. Ted isn't much of a team player, with years of experience in the sales industry leaving him calloused and cynical. Jamie is young and naive and despite Ted's instruction, unable to make a sale. The company is in trouble, with the economy starting to fall and profits taking a nosedive. They're hoping to hang on a few months until their new, highly profitable product is launched, but the company's losses make downsizing and layoffs inevitable. Ted's job would have been secure, but he's fallen hard for Belisa (Amber Valletta), Jaime's fianc'', and his work is suffering as he avoids the office and fails to close several big business deals. The company also faces a hostile corporate takeover and industrial espionage. This 2006 film was directed by Michael Caleo.
