The Lone Gun is an action-adventure western that released in 1954 and directed by Ray Navarro. In this exciting, suspenseful western, Lawman Cruze (George Montgomery) arrives in a small Texas town that is paralyzed with fear. The source of the town's fear is the motley Moran brothers (Neville Brand, Douglas Kennedy and Robert Wilkes). The suspense builds as Cruze is unable to ignore the raging terror the brothers are causing and he attempts to organize a posse to run the brothers out of town. Unfortunately, the terrible trio's reign of terror has gone on too long. The terrified townspeople are too fearful of the brothers retaliation to join Cruze's posse and he finds himself all alone. When the Moran brothers take their terror too far and overrun the ranch of a local woman, Cruze can standby no longer and vows to take them all out even if it means he dies trying.
