Dr. Savaard, who is obsessed with his work, convinces a medical student to volunteer for a dangerous experiment. Meanwhile, the police are aware of Dr. Savaard's obsession and vow to stop him before anyone gets hurt. Unfortunately for the volunteer, Dr. Savaard's experiment is interrupted by the police with devastating consequences for the volunteer. As a result of his past crimes and current experiment failure, Dr. Savaard is sentenced to death by Judge Bowman (Charles Townbridge).
