The Man with My Face is a 1951 thriller that plays on the tricky, intriguing theme of stolen identity. Charles "Chick" Graham (Barry Nelson) has a seemingly stable, comfortable life in Puerto Rico, his chosen home after he returns from the war. Chick is now an accountant working along with his brother-in-law, Buster Cox (John Harvey). One evening, Chick's life turns violently upside down when he returns to find his exact lookalike occupying his home. His wife Cora (Lynn Ainley) shows only fear towards Chick, claiming that he's an imposter and refusing to accept him as her husband. Buster also insists that the imposter is his true business partner. Unwilling to give up his identity so easily, Chick recruits an ally in the form of his ex-girlfriend Mary Davis (Carole Mathews). Chick and Mary begin to unravel the dark mystery of Chick's double, but with newspaper headlines targeting Chick as a murderer, the plot grows increasingly dangerous and complicated.
