The Naked Brothers Band: The Movie is a mockumentary starring real-life adolescent brothers Nat and Alex Wolff. Produced and directed by their mother Polly Draper, the film documents the rise to fame of a band called The Silver Boulders, of which the brothers are the lead singers. Thomas, David, and Josh complete the band's line-up, and the drama begins when Thomas and Josh compose songs that Nat doesn't want the band to play. After a food fight, the band dissolves, and Nat and Alex decide to reunite without the other members under The Naked Brothers name. After they audition new members, the band goes on tour in Chicago and proves to be a huge success. When Thomas, David, and Josh come crawling back to Nat to rejoin the band, Nat and Alex are faced with a difficult decision. Also starring Nancy Wilson, Arsenio Hall, Tony Shalhoub, Cyndi Lauper, and Ricki Lake, The Naked Brothers Band: The Movie spawned a popular TV spinoff that airs on Nickelodeon.moreless
