The Party Crashers follows three desperate men - a failed gay screen writer (Phil Leirness), his bisexual boyfriend (Burt Bulos), and their muscular friend The Bruise (Josh Randall) - who are broke and decide to rob a Hollywood party hosted by a Hollywood publishing magnate. Their goal is to kidnap the heiress (Shawnee Smith) and demand ransom from her father, the host. The three successfully take the heiress hostage and threaten violence towards the partygoers if the host calls the police, but unfortunately, the partygoers are indifferent to the robbers and ignore them. Meanwhile, a former professional athlete (Peter Murnik) and a gigolo (Max Parrish), both with morally corrupt pasts, plan a heroic rescue to liberate the heiress and the partygoers. However, in this Hollywood party, everyone is not exactly who they say they are, and they all have their own agenda at this party. Coupled with a host who will capitalize on any opportunity at hand, this is one party to remember.moreless
