The Patti Page Video Songbook is a 1990 compilation of some of the singer's most famous songs. It is a forty five minute long compilation of eighteen songs taken from many of her 1950s television variety shows including How Much is that Doggie in the Window, Tennessee Waltz, A Blossom Fell, Mr. and Mrs Mississippi, and On the Sunny Side of the Street. Patti Page's vocal purity and unpretentious style made her one of the best selling singers of all time. Pattie Page's sound was both warm and fiery hot, provocative, yet often religious in its feeling. Her songs always felt heartfelt, whether they were happy, melancholy, or dramatic and brazen. She helped create the musical revolution that led to the conceptualization and stylization of today's music videos. Patti Page was born on November eighth, 1927. Her original, actual name is Clara Ann Fowler. She has sold over one hundred million records.
