The Prince and Me is a 2004 romantic comedy directed by American cinematographer Martha Coolidge. After perpetual slacker Prince Edward (Luke Mably) of Denmark sees a commercial for the show "College Girls Gone Wild," he is convinced that all American girls are promiscuous. In order to meet some wild girls, Edward decides to attend college at the University of Wisconsin in Madison. When he arrives, he hides his true identity and heads to a bar, where he runs into a beautiful pre-med student named Paige Morgan (Julia Stiles). Although Edward mistakenly believes she is just another wild American, he soon discovers that she is unlike any woman he has ever met. Using his charm and persistence to cut through Paige's aloof exterior, he slowly wins her heart. But when Paige learns his true identity, she must try to decide if she is really ready to be the girlfriend of a royal.
