The Sasquatch Gang is a 2006 film directed by Tim Skousen. The film features Gavin (Jeremy Sumpter) who is a fantasy and sci-fi fan who ventures into the woods to explore and finds some large footprints and a large piece of feces. This is apparently a normal occurrence for Gavin, as he lives in the heavily wooded Clackanoma County, which is based on Portland, OR, a place obsessed with the existence of Sasquatch. He immediately jumps to the conclusion that this could be the often talked about, but never seen Sasquatch. However, it could also be local prankster Zerk's (Justin Long) latest prank on everyone. Gavin and Zerk lead the whole town on a goose chase looking for the mythical creature and along the way try to make a few dollars off of the town's hysteria. This film is rated PG-13 because of some crude humor and some strong language that is used.
