The Seventh Sign is an apocalyptic horror film directed by Carl Schultz centering on a young pregnant American named Abby Quinn (Demi Moore) who begins to think her dreams of a Roman soldier (Peter Friedman) and Jesus’ (Jurgen Prochnow) final hours have more to do with the end of the world than a bad late night snack. When rivers turn to blood, deserts freeze, seas boil, and a man with burning eyes appears, Abby has to navigate the scary world of potential apocalypses as her dreams turn into prophecies as broken seals lead to more and more destruction of biblical proportions. Her husband Russell (Michael Biehn) does his best to support her, though he thinks she is bordering on crazy, but it becomes clear to Abby that her pregnancy has taken on a different meaning to high-risk. Why is Abby having dreams of the past and future? Is her new boarder a friend or foe? The Seventh Sign is a revelation to how one decision affects the world.moreless
