The Transporter introduces us to the unique brand of high-speed, high-impact action for which Jason Statham is known. Frank Martin (Jason Statham), a former Special Forces soldier, now works in France as an underground driver-for-hire known only as "The Transporter." Frank will transport anything you need, but he has three unbreakable rules - never change the deal, no names, and never look in the package. His rules have served him very well, and kept him alive in his extremely dangerous line of work. When a wealthy gangster known only as "Wall Street" (Matt Schulze) hires him, a flat tire inadvertently causes Frank to break one of his own rules. Noticing that his trunk is moving, he opens it to find a bound and gagged woman in the trunk by the name of Lai (Qi Shu). Having broken his own rules for the first time, Frank must now deal with the consequences and decide what's more important - playing by the rules, or breaking them.
