The Warrior Within is a documentary film about martial arts, focusing specifically on Bruce Lee. The film talks about how Bruce Lee changed the face of martial arts, bringing unique moves to America. The philosophies and peaceful nature of Bruce Lee are also discussed. Robert Lee, the brother of Bruce, provides the background music to this documentary. Also featured are the differences between the various forms of martial arts including: Jujitsu, Karate, Jeet Kune Do and Kendo. Many famous martial artists give interviews, their insight about Bruce Lee and martial arts and exhibiting their skills throughout the film. Some of these martial artists include: Chuck Norris, Ron Taganashi, Fumio Demura, Master Poi Chan and Chaka Zulu. This film encourages viewers to use martial arts for self defense, not as a means to purposefully hurt people. The Warrior Within also talks about using these techniques to improve confidence and peace of mind.
