The Warrior's Way is a 2010 action fantasy film that tells the story of a 19th century warrior named Yang (Jang Dong Gun), how is ordered to kill the last remaining member of an enemy clan. When he discovers that the remaining enemy is actually a baby, he refuses the mission and flees with the boy to a town in the American West. When his enemies find him, he must fight to protect both the child and himself. Fortunately Yang has found friends in Ron (Geoffrey Rush), the town drunk, and Lynne (Kate Bosworth), who similarly has escaped a dismal past. The film received poor reviews from critics and was a financial failure at the box office, making only 11 million dollars against a budget of 42 million. Also starring Danny Huston, Tony Cox, Ti Lung, Nic Sampson, and Ryan Richards, The Warrior's Way was written and directed by Sngmoo Lee.
