The Wolves of Kromer is a 1998 horror comedy fantasy film directed by Will Gould. The film is narrated by none other than Boy George. The film follows two half human, half wolf creatures living in a town called Kromer. They are Gabriel, the pack leader, (played by James Layton) and Seth, his new protege (played by Lee Williams). Gabriel teaches Seth the ways of their supernatural world and soon their friendship turns to love...However their happiness is cut short when an old witch persuades the human inhabitants of the town to take up arms against the two gay werewolves by killing their mistress and blaming it on Gabriel and Seth. The lycanthropy in the film is a very thinly veiled metaphor for the treatment of gay people in real society. In fact in the film they never even become full wolves ever, as it was a low budget film. The two just wear fur, have long nails, and tails.
