The Woman Hunter is a 1973 American mystery film directed by Bernard L. Kowalski and starring Barbara Eden, Robert Vaughn, and Stuart Whitman. The film tells the story of Dina Hunter (Eden), who decides to take a vacation with her husband Jerry (Vaughn) to Mexico. Dina was recently traumatized by a horrific car accident and decides that a trip to Mexico will cure what ails her. There she meets an artist named Paul Carter (Whitman), who becomes intrigued with Dina and her beauty. He asks to paint a portrait of her and Dina agrees. As she spends more time with Paul, however, she discovers that he might possibly be a jewel thief and a murderer. When she attempts to inform the Mexican police, she is quickly dismissed as being uninformed.
