The Young Master is an action martial arts film directed by Jackie Chan that centers on a loveable rascal Dragon Lung (Jackie Chan) as his life is turned upside down when his equally mischievous brother Tiger Lo (Wei Pei) turns against their martial arts master, Master Tien (Tien Feng), by joining an opposing school during their biggest Lion Dance competition and is thrown out on his own. Heartbroken, Lung leaves the school to try to find his brother but he soon finds himself running from the authorities in a case of mistaken identity. It seems his brother has not quite taken to the high road but instead has joined a local gang, getting involved in a jailbreak for gang boss Kam (Hwang In-Shik). Lung manages to convince a Marshal (Shih Kien) to get rid of the bounty on his brother's head if he manages to bring down Kam once and for all. Considered one of Jackie Chan's most creative films, it helped establish him as Hong Kong's top star.moreless
