There Goes My Baby is a 1994 drama movie that is also sometimes called "The Last Days of Paradise". The film is about high school life as a senior, from the eyes of the class's valedictorian, during the year 1965. Mary Beth (Lucy Deakins), who is the valedictorian, focuses the story mainly on the lives of eight of the California students that she goes to school with. During the story, the Watts riots take place and it seems like there lives will be changed forever. Each of the students is faced with some tough decisions dealing with the war and even their romantic relationships. Who will stay strong and who will give in? Only time will tell as this amazing drama takes you on a very vivid journey of what they are experiences during just two summer nights. Will these young adults be able to find themselves or will they make the wrong decisions?
